These X banner stands are easier to assemble than you might think! All you have to do is adjust the X-shaped arms of the stand to size the your graphics, attach your banner's grommets to the stand's hooks, and - voila! - setup is complete! "The lightweight stand comes in a handy little portable canvas carrying bag. The entire stand is already connected so there is no assembly required."
"To use the stand, first lock all four rails into the middle cap connector so it is in the shape of an X. Pull the U-shaped, rubber-lined base back to keep the stand steady as you adjust the telescoping poles."
"Starting with the bottom, unscrew the black rubber tubes and adjust each leg according to your preference. All 4 grommet hooks can be repositioned to fit your graphics size and also how high or low from the ground you prefer it to rest."
