the straps broke first thing. they snapped without even having much pressure on them. It was advertised as a shipping case, but now the add says not good for shipping container. they are not lying. it is not good!

Great Case, Except...

We got a couple of these for shipping and dragging along to conferences. We stuff it with our display material. We have one issue with the case. The straps. The plastic buckles that are part of the straps break and when that happens during shipping we had a disaster. Worse yet, Displays2Go isn't of much help. They don't have replacement straps.I asked if they would contact the manufacturer, but I got a "No". Customer service's solution was to buy another case! Otherwise, its a perfectly fine case.

Do not buy

We used this product one time. On our shipment to our conference the two buckles that go around the outside of the case both snapped. When we went to ship the materials home, the one remaining buckle that went from top to bottom also snapped off too. The case itself is OK, but it these straps are poorly constructed. This should be made with ratchet straps.
