Enjoyable Product

We enjoy how sturdy the item is, how clean it looks. The only issue is the coin drop into the "plinko" board, it's hard to see and covered by the sign display. We will have to create some signage to highlight this feature.

The unit arrived broken

I was excited to finally receive my donation bin but to only find that the top section was broken (by the coin slot).

Sturdy but has a couple of design flaws

The donations box is well built but it has a few design flaws. The coin drop slot is hard to see/find unless you feel around with your fingers and the coins get stuck on the ledge for the sign holder. Other than that, the box is well built, sturdy, and secure. But the whole thing was filled with PLASTIC bags....I would like to encourage the company to be a little more environmentally friendly when packing, and use other packing methods like paper or compostable peanuts inside biodegradable bags to protect their products.
