Poor service

It is amazing to me that the company does not offer replacement screws holding the front panel. If a screw comes loose you have to buy an entire new unit? Take the screws off of a new unit and send them to me. Jeff Pace

No Replacement Pieces

The little metal caps holding the acrylic front on the podium easily come loose during transport and the company does not offer any replacements parts if this happens.
