assembly more difficult than expected

The size and ease of use of this hand sanitizing station is perfect in the lobby of our building, however, the assembly was much more difficult than I expected. The heads of the screws that attach the sign element to the pole were far too small for the channel, and thus, the sign does not hang securely on the pole as seen in the photo on the website. The acrylic holder for a bottle of hand sanitizer is easy to disassemble to allow easy refilling of the bottle with more sanitizer, but the "tongue" of the unit that holds the entire holder together slides in and out almost too easily. I am concerned that someone using the pump on the bottle will knock the bottle of sanitizer and the holder apart causing embarrassment and hassles. The base was easy to assemble to the pole and the unit does stand up straight.
