They made all right

Product failed after a short time in service. They offered some tips to reset the unit. That didn't work. They offered a refund and I ordered a new unit. Things are going to happen but they made it right so I salute them and appreciate the responsiveness.

I recently purchased and installed this bracket in my newly renovated attic. I truly could not be happier. 1. It looks great, 2. Easy to install, 3. Works great. The only con is that I wish the power cord wire was a lot longer. I had to splice in order to reach the outlet
