Disappointed in quality

We rec'd a new sign and the screw holes were stripped and was a very expensive sign, they would not send a replacement so we had to repair the holes and keep the damaged one.. disappointing to say the least, the customer service rep was not backing down as our sign was needed immediately and could not be returned .. We just wanted a new base replaced which i would have thought could have been sent we didn't need the whole sign .. unfortunately we will have to live with the damaged sign but will not consider using them in the future ...
