From ordering to phone information to delivery, everything was great. The product is substantial yet light weight for 2 seniors to transport. Delivery was quick and product was packaged to protect against any possible shipment damage. All pieces were were accounted for with no plastic parts. I will use this professional 2 panel display grid to hang my framed paintings at the weekly Art Market. Presentation is important.
