The plastic overlay cover ruins it

I've bought this frame type for over 20 posters of various sizes for the better part of 10 years from D2G, from 18/24 to the now discontinued 27x41 sizes. But my last order for the 27x40, the plastic cover is not only anti-glare but it's essentially opaque. It ruins the color and fidelity of the poster and it's way, way too hazy compared to my other ones (see the picture, where the hazy one is on the left and the old, slightly hazy is on the right). Something has changed but I just can't recommend these frames anymore and will be looking for another source.

Frame seems fine and customer service handled the issue quickly enough (supposedly will be sending out overlay on its own shortly) but seems like a fairly big thing to not notice prior to shipping or in the quality control process. Will make me reconsider ordering from in the future.

I own a couple of businesses and have ordered a fair amount of products from Displays2Go and I have always been happy. I ordered these for my home and I actually like the frames but the anti-glare overlay is very bad. It is almost opaque and makes the images blurry. I have one movie poster that is mostly black and it turns the black gray. The overlay is unusable in my situation. I called Displays2Go and spoke to a very nice person but she basically said there wasn't anything that Displays2Go would do.

I had a terrible time finding a frame online that wasn't crazy expensive or super shoddy in this size for a movie poster. This one arrived and it's pretty good. It's really easy to insert the poster inside because the frame just snaps up. The plastic covering isn't the best though, it's sort of cloudy. I figured if I really dislike the covering after using it for awhile, I can just get some glass cut to size to use that instead.

Since I'm using this at home, I would have preferred a traditional hanging option (wire and hook) vs. the 4 screws they would like you to secure the frame to the wall. I'm guessing they do this for people who change out posters frequently and don't want to remove the frame from the wall.
