Damaged

Item arrived new, but already damaged. Based on weight of product, does not make financial sense to send it back for a return due to shipping costs. Extremely disappointed. Would like some compensation for receiving a faulty product. Either refund some of the purchase price, or send a replacement piece, with a pre-paid shipping box for return of the piece in question.

Damaged during shipment

Received iPad holder a day before stand. When the stand package was received the next day, the box was severely damaged. Upon inspection the height retention clip was cracked and non-functional. Contacted support, and while reviewing the records, FedEx did not indicate there was any damage to package. Thankfully support was quick to respond and provided me with a tracking number for a replacement part.
