I ordered 2 sets of the 4 portable pedestals at variable heights for a trade show we were exhibiting at. These were going in the center area so we could feature some products. I needed them by Thurs and ordered that Mon. by their deadline to have them to me Thurs. They did not disappoint, I got them on time. Tracking info came to me via email fast, and the whole ordering process was painless. Their online rep was available for chat and answered product questions for me fast as well. The products took a lot of assembly and instructions were sparse, that would be the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But once assembled, it was very sturdy, since I'll only ever have to assemble them once, it was worth the hassle.

Sturdy and Useful

We purchased these to use for photography of our larger items, like totes. The ordering process was very simple and the items arrived quickly. They are quite hefty and required assembly, not unlike a project from IKEA. Once we got the system down, the assembly process was pretty straightforward. We did notice that the follow thru sheet (pictorial instruction sheet) was identical for each riser in spite of the uniqueness of each (screw and cam lock count). We like the built in glider feet, which helps with moving them from place to place. Each one is sturdy and very useful for our needs. They will be put to a lot of use. I should add that though packaged well, one piece arrived with a bit of damage to the end. Because of the weight, we opted to repair the broken fragments instead of doing a return. It was a pretty easy fix in this case.
