Compared to competing poster frames on the market, this puts most of them to shame. If you want to display paper prints and not have it look like a kids bedroom, skip the flimsy cardboard and cheap plastic trash and buy these. It's definitely worth the few extra dollars.

Scam so far

I ordered the 30 x 40 poster frame. A 29 x 42 came in instead. When I contacted customer service, they stated that they do not actually carry 30 x 40 and that I would have to pay for the return shipping. They will only refund you on the product price not the full refund(shipping included), even though they were the ones to send the wrong frame and false advertisement. I am still currently waiting on my refund.....

Film issues but otherwise great!

Since this frame is so large, the flimsy film isn't tight against the artwork like glass would be so it can create a foggy appearance in spots... making small print difficult to read. We opt to not use the film and just print and mount onto a large thin board. Otherwise love snap frames... they're never crooked when installed properly and are so easy to swap out the contents!
