Product good but receiving condition needs help

The product quality is what I expected and a good value for the price. What is problematic is that one box was apparently a re pack of a returned item, as it had no base to screw the sides onto and is therefore kind of useless to us. I have sent multiple e mails and photographs and have not heard back yet.
