Disappointment

I ordered this case in May of 2019 & by Oct it doesn't work. SUPER upset the LED lights are broken/burnt out and even more disappointed when I contacted the live chat. Customer service agent named "Diamond" when I asked how to resolve the situation, was told there is only a 30 day return option. I asked about alternatives, a solution for the lights ie: repair parts or light equipment replacements and was told to contact a local light repair shop. After spending well over $800. NOT acceptable!
