I ordered six of this display item for my non-profit Lions club. Shipping was quick and they were packaged well in foam and individual plastic bags, but. When I removed them from the box, one was broken. The bottom flap that stands it upright was broken (still attached) and acted like a hinge, which it shouldn't. It could not set upright. I called ( I did not have to wait on hold very long) and a customer service representative was very helpful. She apologized and said a replacement would be sent (at no charge) and I would receive an invoice, which I did. I have not received the replacement yet but after this call I thought I should look more closely at the remaining five displays. Four of the remaining five had cracks in the clear plastic. Two on the front and two on the back where it doesn't show. I have not called back yet. I am waiting to see if the replacement is damaged also.

Economical and slim design

What we like about this item is that it has the brochure in front of the marketing sheet and not to the side. this keeps the required counter space to a minimum, which is good for our customers who have limited space. We did have one display cracked in the last shipment, but this one was fine.
